How to Setup Google Analytics in WordPress?
The installation of Google Analytics requires minimum steps. Everyone can enable web stats for their websites in just couple of minutes, no coding knowledge required.
Here are the workflow: 1. Get the tracking code from Google; 2. Add the tracking code to WordPress theme file.
Step 1 . Get Google Tracking Code Snippet. You need a Gmail account in order to log on Google Analytics from this URL. When you log on Google Analytics account, you will see the admin pane as below screenshot. There are four menu item at the top of the screen: Home, Reporting, Customization and Admin. To get the website tracking code, click the “Admin”.
