And I like to think Goten being born really did help both him and Chi-Chi after losing Goku, which was a permanent death for all they knew. I’m glad it still managed to come off cute, even with the little sad thrown in there.

Hope it helps!!! Sometimes heavy clothes/heavy blankets (and I mean HEAVY like how much they weigh not how warm they are) can be very grounding too. If you have one of those long rice/bean/bead filled things that can go in the microwave and be heated up, heat one up and wrap that around your shoulders!
