10.2.16 (caption heavy; BEWARE) . Behold. The famous Tokyo Sky Tree (far left) and the Asahi Beer Headquarters (right) . For those who don't know (and WANT to know): The Tokyo Skytree is a television broadcasting tower that opened in 2012 and is a landmark of Tokyo. Though it serves as a broadcasting tower, it houses several restaurants and two observation decks inside, as well as many other facilities at its base such as a large shopping center and the Sumida Aquarium, which holds the largest indoor tank in Japan. It is currently the tallest building in the country and the second tallest structure in the world. The height (634 meters) is significant because 634 can also be read as "MUSASHI," which is a historic name of the largest province in the Kanto Region (to be specific, it comprises the present-day Tokyo metropolis, most of Saitama prefecture, and some of Kanagawa prefecture). . The Asahi Beer Headquarters features two main buildings; the bigger one (100 meters tall) resembling a giant beer jug with a white foam-shaped roof, and the shorter one, the ''Super Dry Hall,'' is a black glass building with a huge golden flame object at the top. The golden flame (which was built with the techniques used to construct submarines and weighs 300 tons by the way) was designed by French designer Philippe Stark and is known as the ''Flamme d'Or'' (flame of gold). AND aka ''Unko Biru'' which means ''poo building'' π .
