What brush(es) do you use? ?
HI, tysm for asking!!!! OKAY so first things first, i use clip studio! so all my brushes are for that program, and sadly i dont know enough about other programs to help much or recommend anything for other stuff like procreate or photoshop or whatnot :'). SECONDLY i had a look thru my stuff and i do have a rather sad report, the line brush i like has been. deleted. </3 i dont wanna publicly reupload it outta respect for the OG creator, but if you would like i can happily DM the file over!!! i have no intensions or interest in gatekeeping LOL

For coloring i like using this brush!
Its very comfortable for putting down flats imo, and is great for textured rendering once you get used to it! OH also it doesnt show in this but i keep the opacity pressure turned off! Also while i dont use the color mixing mode with a lot of my recent art, they are good!!! very good!!! ive had this brush for a long while, i learn how to use it in a new way every year, its fantastic!!! i recommend playing around with it. OH BUT ALSO ONE LAST THING, i always use the 2nd color slot to color, if you use the first it will give it a effect that mixes(?) both colors, if you only use the 2nd it wont, so keep that in mind! OH AND WAIT JUST ONE MORE THING FR THIS TIME, something i like to do occasionally is sharpen/sharpen more the colors a few times, i did this in the cyan solo piece and i think it looks so freakin cool!!! try it out some time!
Another brush I like that isnt super visible, but I used for the bg in that same solo Cyan piece was this brush!
i believe all the settings i use on this one are just defaults to the brush! it gives a nice easy textured look to backgrounds if you put it as a really low opacity overlay (or soft light, i typically use soft light, but other blending modes also work well depending on what youre going for! hard mix can be very cool looking in certain scenarios)
lastly, i just use default mechanical pencil for sketching. i havent posted any of my rough sketches yet, but its a good brush! thin lines, no pen pressure, its very easy to spit something out quick. (i do small sketches on a 3000x3000 canvas and scale up to around 800 smth - 2000 smth for normal stuff. whatever feels right.)
and double lastly, while its not up anymore, here is the brush i use for my lines in case you would still like it sent!
i draw VERY VERY lightly with this brush generally, it helps with the sketchy uneven look, and drawing light is also good for wrist health! when doing lineart, ill often go over some lines again and erase bits, so its not completely a put it down n youre done brush. you kinda gotta fight it a little, hell i go thru periods where i just CANT for the life of me use the damn thing. its finicky but rewarding! another thing is that its good with an anti-perfectionist mindset. if you try to get it to do exactly what you want youre gonna be miserable, so you kinda gotta go with the flow with it a little. trust the process and let yourself chill. be loose!
