The two of you had a complicated relationship. You loved each other, but would rarely say it out loud. You were less likely to see it than he would.

You used to help him with his debts often when you could but eventually learned that he would never stop doing idiotic things that got him into debts so you stopped giving him money unless there was something in it for you.

You were the only reason he didn't have to live in a cardboard box anymore and could eat something other than ramen.

You got up from the table to stretch, your shirt rising above your belly button as you did so. Q looked at your stomach and swallowed his food.

You put your arms down and walked over to your couch, flopping down on it and crossing your leg over the other.

"Do the dishes when you're done. It's the least you could do when you're freeloading in my place," you said.

"You know I love you, right?" he called out.

You paused for a moment before answering, "Yeah, I know. What do you want this time?"

"I don't want anything," he answered.

"Huh, guess you're being cute this time."

This was how the two of you acted around each other, but you both knew you loved each other.

Truthfully, you two were like teenagers. There were small, lingering touches here and there when you were at work.

All the other judges could tell, and you both knew they could, but you didn't care.

The light brushes against your fingers when you needed to grab something near him or the quick make-out sessions in the elevator when you two were alone was all part of your relationship.

You opened your eyes when you felt him hover over you, knees placed on both sides of your legs.

"Finished eating?" you asked. "A bit early, isn't it?"

"I got hungry for something else," he said, grinning down at you as he took off his glasses and placed them into your hair.

You laughed. "That's so gross, you idiot. Well, at least, you wiped your face."

You reached your hands up to cup his face and bring him down to your lips. The two of you made out for a while until you pat his chest a few times.

"You taste like meat," you said as you crawled out from underneath him. "Come on, let's go take a shower. And brush your teeth if you're going to be doing anything to me later."

He smirked and smacked your ass as he followed after you. "Got it."

Your relationship with him had progressed to the point where nothing about him bothered you. He was an idiot, but a lovable one.

The same was said about you. Nothing about you bothered him either. To him, you were an Angel sent from Heaven. Metaphorically, of course, since he knew how shitty Heaven was.

"Hurry up and strip," you commanded. "I'm not waiting forever, you know."
