Iāve mentioned creating a verse where Cetea act as Guardiansā a lesser form of Titan who serve Gojira. A predominant reason for their loyalty stems from the fact that Gojira does not consume fish or other denizens of their ecosystem, but radiation instead. Which is why Cetea and other aquatic Guardians are so hesitant to follow another ruler, should a Titan try to ursurp Gojira.
A good ruler doesnāt eat their servants, after all.
