#BlackLove x @hardworkingheaven: ⁣ ・・・⁣ 2011 - we met as freshman/sophomores during summer school at Howard University. ⁣ 2012 - We found out that we would be parents (19 years old college kids 😰), and welcomed the joy of our lives into the world.⁣ ⁣ 2014-2018 Honestly, a lot of trials. He went forward to finish a Masters in Chemical Engineering with a nearly 4.0 GPA after spending every year as a Varsity Basketball Player #goBison, and I focused on being a mother and entrepreneur. We went TOTALLY separate ways in every way imaginable. One day, we look forward to sharing the highs and the horrific lows, because God truly worked a miracle here. ⁣ 2019- After years of individual growth, we asked God to help us grow together; and to build our family. He showed up, and showed OUT! The Turner boys play soccer... #soccerislife #theturnersdosoccer Howard University Men’s Soccer Trey made his first appearance on the pitch at Greene Stadium for a NEC conference matchup vs St. Francis-Brooklyn. Started the 2nd half and played about 25 minutes. Great touch as usual, good vision at the striker position and, as always, a physical presence. I loved that we were physically able to attend this game and relish in his hard work and determined spirit.
