Nope, Not habits that will require 24/7 of your life, take you away from the people or things you love, or have you feeling like a sell-out…But do-able, CLEAR, laid-out action-steps. It’s not a matter of whether or not you’ll be successful… because if you simply keep the habits and don’t quit, you WILL succeed.
