"In the end, that's all there is to it.", Setsu explained to Cerise, as she leaned against their rather thick legs and hummed to myself.

"I see...Well that is weird. So if I understood this correctly, Raqio was a bug and because Remnan investigated them, he's the real engineer and Kukrushka is the fake?"

"Exactly. Faking an engineer role while the bug is present, was risky either way. Either they kill the engineer and the victim is confirmed to be human, or they do not do anything and the engineer scans the bug. All that awaits them in the end, is being exposed."

"I suppose there's that.", Cerise realised and pushed her glasses upwards, her cold demeanor immediately melting like the polar caps during the 21st century. "But meow....I am so glad that we managed to survive so far, Setsy."

"Sets...Setsy?"

"My nickname for the cutest non-binary soldier of Liu-Ann!", she explained casually and planted a soft kiss on their thigh. Setsu blushed a little.

"I do not recall there being many non-binary soldiers to begin with..."

"See? That means I am right!"

They chuckled to themselves and went with their gloved hand through Cerise's hair, feeling their soft texture and it glowed brightly, in accordance to Setsu's fingers.

"Heh...that's the spot."

"You seem to be taking care of your hair, quite well.", they stated amazed and smiled. "It feels comfortable."

"Heh..Dusteisian shampoo! A specialty from back home!", Cerise explained and shifted their muscular heavyweight to Setsu. "Say, you wanna come over there, once this whole Gnosia thing has been solved? I mean, after how you handled the evacuation, you are bound to deserve a raise."

"Hm...I'd need to ask with my superiors, but sure. I'd love that."

"Yay!", Cerise cheered and hugged the soldier tightly, not holding herself back at all. She knew that Setsu was quite strongly built too, their slim build hiding quite a noticeable amount of muscle mass. "You'll love it there! After all.."

Cerise shook her head and her glasses slipped right back up, once more her demeanor turning more composed and cool.

"Dusteis is one of the best planets for LGBTQ-Rights. You can easily live there in peace, being who you are and no one will mind."

"So I heard. But...I can't say I like the idea of living in a flat all alone with no sound.", Setsu explained and shook their head. "Sorry, it's just...I get rather nervous when it's quiet. I need a bit of background noise."

"Well, then you can sleep in my flat. I have another bed there.", Cerise replied matter-of-factly.

"And I won't hope or fear that you'll listen to your....specific videos out loud?"

"Gee, just because I'm not ace doesn't mean I am this dirty 24/7. I'll just wear my headphones.", Cerise answered with a pout, her glasses already pushed up. "I thought I made it clear that I respect ya boundaries Setsy. Meow, why would ya doubt this very feminine and cute gal?"

"Right...Sorry.", Setsu replied and smiled slightly, as they stroked her back. "Well....in that case I won't mind. I'd also like to see the Dusteisian cats, if that is alright."

"Oh, they're adorable! Ya gonna love them! But make sure ya have veggies when you see them! They like them!"

"They...like veggies?"

"Mhm!"

"Interesting....I'll be sure to take some rations with me then.", the soldier concluded, before getting off the bench and gently pushing Cerise off. "We will loop soon. We need to get back in our rooms."

"Aww, come on! Like, can we not cuddle a little bit?"

"We can cuddle, once we dealt with the last Gnosia. Ok?"

"Fine, Mx.Party Pooper.", Cerise replied with a pout, as she pushed her massive frame up and adjusted her glasses. "Shall we proceed?"
