Edit: holy shit they sent us to a 2nd terminal. Told us to go thru security. We were denied and pushed back to the British airlines help desk. They told us they can’t help and to go to a help desk in yet another terminal. Also one person is saying this desk isn’t capable of checking seat/flight availability while the second one is claiming they can. Oh and we booked through British airlines help desk directly (not an alliance partner) but they claim we did not? And this was already a non-direct flight (1 connection) so they’re going to book us in 24hrs on a non-direct again. Problably to abandon us in the transfer city again because not only is it out of the way but smaller and a less popular destination than LONDON HEATHROW. So yeah. We’re almost certainly getting stranded there again. Just. Knowing this airline.
