I made my first whey soda (with globe grapes, in case anybody is interested ☺️) following the instructions of Kōbo Fermentery and it is delicious. I am now a complete whey soda fan to the extent that all veg & fruits that come into the house are first assessed as possible whey soda ingredients 😁.
