her quirk is fibreoptics!! she can connect himself between two sources, like a computer and a modem, and act like a living cable. it doesn’t work with everything; devices need to speak the right "language" for fibre. it can’t just stick a finger into a USB stick and read the files. But if it’s meant to go over a normal fibre connection, she can carry it. The fibres are just under his skin, and aren't usually visible, but she can make them glow if she tries hard enough. They're also UV reactive, and light up bright white under a blacklight.

There are limits ofc, the faster he tries to push the connection, the more heat builds in the fibers. If it transfers too much too fast, the cables inside it start to burn, literally. The light that flows through her isn’t always safe, either. Fiberoptic light is usually invisible to the human eye, and his is no different. But if she pushes himself too far the light can cause damage to its skin, or someone else’s eyes.

also there’s no such thing as privacy with it. dee can "hear" the data she carries, not literally, but he can parse the data that goes across it. He doesn’t mean to snoop. But the second she’s plugged in, she knows everything that passes through her. And he's terrible at keeping secrets.
