Lauren is one of the models we absolutely adore here at Vanity, so we caught her off duty at our latest Spring photo shoot and got an insider’s glance at what Lauren is all about (behind the model). Check out our interview questions and meet our Vanity model, Lauren:
Where are you from? Lauren: Twin Cities Area How long have you been modeling? Lauren: About 3 years What is something people don't know about modeling? Lauren: Traveling is a huge part of modeling, and as much fun as it is, it can be exhausting at times. Is modeling your only job? Lauren: Yes, but I am a college student, too! What is your favorite part about photo shoots? Lauren: In modeling, you're constantly meeting people and it is really inspiring to hear their stories. If you had to wear one favorite outfit for a week, what would it be? Lauren: My favorite outfit is dark wash skinny jeans with an oversized comfy sweater. When you aren't modeling, what are some of your hobbies? Lauren: I am a runner and like to spend my time outdoors, watch movies and just relax with friends. You’re a runner…any marathons in your future? Lauren: Maybe one day, but for now I just run as a hobby. What is the best fashion advice you ever received? Lauren: Less is more. If you think it's too much, it probably is. What is your favorite item to shop for? Lauren: SHOES! Flats, boots, heels – I love them all! What is your favorite TV show? Lauren: First 48 and Funniest Home Videos. I like the complexity of the “how” on the First 48. They figure out clues and figure out each case from very little evidence. America's Funniest Home Videos is a classic and it’s hilarious! What is one word that describes your sense of style? Lauren: Basic. I can't live without the basics.
