hii! I’m sorry, I normally don’t do this but I’m really curious and can’t stop thinking about it. So I was re-reading GLlTD and I forgot that Neville and Rory used to be friends and helped each other, I got to a point in their second year where Harry is accusing Aurora of intimidating Nev saying that he told him he’s afraid of her. Was Neville still scared of Rory at that point? Or did Harry just say that out of spite? I’m asking bc I thought Nev was the one who wrote that poem to Rory on Valentine’s Day (but who said u can’t like someone and still be scared of them at the same time)

Yes it was Neville who wrote it!! And yeah, it’s a mix of him being a bit frightened of her and also liking her for being helpful and not as mean as everyone (including Neville) had thought previously. It’s not something that’s come up again yet, but we will be seeing more of them together in time, which is something I’m looking forward to bringing back!
