prompt: I'm drunk and my phone fell into the toilet and now I'm drunkenly crying, waiting for a miracle when you come and help me out. either with crying Blaine and helper Kurt or crying Stiles and helper Derek. both would be hilarious.
Going the Sterek road, itâs been a while ;)
On AO3
Stiles just wanted to make a phone call.
He is drunk, yes, but he still needed to let his dad know that he wasnât dead or lying in a ditch to prevent him from calling the Marshalls or whoever it is you call when you think someone is missing.
He digresses.
Not that itâs characteristic of Stiles being drunk, he tends to digress as a consequence of being, well, himself.
Back to the matter at hand: all he wanted to do was make a phone call to his dad, and then return to alternate between drinking and dancing, dancing and drinkingâdrancing, if you willâuntil he would meet a suitable partner for the night or get tired of drancing.
But now, Stiles is staring at his phone which is glaring at him from the bottom of the toilet bowl.
âOh, donât give me that look,â Stiles mumbles, wiping his face with his hand. âI didnât mean to drop you, you know that, Samsy.â
A bubble escapes from the water in the bowl, as if conveying Stilesâ phoneâs poor opinion on his motor skills.
âWhat am I going to do?â Stiles bemoans, dropping to his knees in front of the toilet. The idea of reaching in crosses his mind, but even as drunk as he is, Stiles knows that his very drunkenness would only complicate things.
âMy phoo-oone,â he whines. The only thing that would work now is a miracle, some kind of divine or demonic interventionâStiles is not pickyâor just some help.
Thatâs the moment when the door opens and a very grumpy, dark and brooding miracle happens.
âUh?â is all Stiles manages to say as he gets back to his feet before the guy cocks his head, rolls his eyes at him and fishes Stilesâ phone from the bowl.
He even wraps it in toilet paper before handing it to Stiles.
Well, handing.
Tall, dark and super helpful actually presses the phone against Stilesâ chest.
And keeps his hand there.
âYou should be more careful with your property,â the man says with a cocky smile. âIt would be such a shame to have you moaning for anything else butââ
âOh thank you, thank you, thank you!â Stiles exclaims, not even noticing the shift on the manâs face, from dark and sultry to shocked and amused. âYouâre my hero, I must repay you! Come on, big guy,â Stiles continues, pulling the man by the handâitâs a surprisingly soft hand, for such a large handâto the bar. âThe next round is on me.â
The man lets himself be manhandled to the bar, taking his hand back. âYou are something.â
Stiles leans over the bar, plastering himself to the counter to get the bartenderâs attention, before turning back to his rescuer. âSomething good?â
The manâs eyes drift back from where they were, at the level of Stilesâ ass. âVery good.â
Stiles beams at his hero. âOh wow,â he whispers. âYou really have deserved a drink, dude.â
The man winces. âDonât call me dude.â
âWell,â Stiles replies, patting the manâs shoulderâoh, that is a strong shoulder, looks perfect to sleep on or bite intoâ âgive me something else to call you, dude.â
The man grabs Stilesâ hand as he slides it down his arm and pulls him closer. âDerek. Now, remember it, so you canââ
âWhatâs your poison, Derek?â
âWhat?!â
Stiles points his thumb at the bartender who is quietly laughing at them. âWhatcha wanna drink?â
Derek blinks a couple of times before huffing a laugh. âIâll have a Sidecar.â
Stiles gestures for the bartender to make two of those before returning his attention on Derek. âA fan of the sours, uh?â
âI guess,â Derek mumbles. âYou didnât tell me your name.â
âOh! Right.â Stiles rubs the back of his neck. âYou can call me Stiles. And I really meant it, you were a life-saver.â
âYour phone isnât saved yet,â Derek laughs. âYouâll need to dunk it in rice. But,â he adds, scooting his chair closer to Stilesâ, âIâm glad I could⌠lend you a hand.â
Something in the way he paused makes Stiles wonder if perhaps there is a whole level of discussion passing him by. Like when he goes to see a Disney movie with his little cousins and they laugh at the animation while he laughs at the puns hidden throughout the movie.
âDo you want⌠me? To lend you a hand? With something?â
The drinks are placed before them, and Derekâs shoulders shake with repressed laughter. âYou really areâŚâ
âYeah? I know how some people would like to end that sentence, but Iâm curious about your choices.â
Derek looks back at him, his smile all soft and turning Stilesâ insides all gooey-mushy. âYou really are unique, Stiles.â
âThatâs new. Hereâs to new adjectives!â Stiles replies, lifting his glass in a toast.
âTo new things.â
---
Three sidecars and two white russians later, Stiles doesnât even know why he is laughing, but he knows that he was right.
Derekâs shoulder is very comfortable to lay his head on.
After their first drink, they managed to dance a little before snatching one of the velvety sofas in a corner of the club, and they have been talking and chatting there all night.
âI heard you crying and I th-I thoughtââ Derek hiccups. âI thought, here is a voice I need to put a face on.â
âAwww, Derek-poo, thatâs so sweet.â
Derek looks down at him with an attempt at a glare before shaking his head, lifting his glass to capture the last drops in his glass. To do so, he tilts his head backward, stretching the expanse of his neck for Stilesâ hungry eyes.
Stiles even licks his lips, but he doesnât move from his very comfortable position.
He doesnât do it quick enough to keep the gesture from Derekâs eyes, though.
They stare at each other for a long moment, before Stiles drops his eyes to Derekâs lips, still shining from the last drops of white russian he caught.
And there he goes again, licking his lips all while wishing he could lick Derekâs.
Derekâs eyes were already dark, but their pupils widen even more. Stiles doesnât even have the time to fully think about how it makes him look dangerously sexy (or sexily dangerous) before Derek moves forward, twisting them so he can press his lips to Stilesâ.
That kiss is not well thought through, not planned well, itâs too wet and too rushed.
Long story short, itâs a perfect first kiss.
âOh,â Stiles manages to breathe when they part, âso you are interested.â
Derek opens and closes his mouth before chuckling, leaning his head against Stilesâ shoulder. âStiles,â he whispers, his breath hot on Stilesâ skin, âI have been hitting on you ever since I laid eyes on you. Yes,â he continues, looking up and cupping Stilesâ cheek, âI am very interested.â
âYou haveâhmph?â Stiles starts asking, his words swallowed by the return of Derekâs mouth on his, and he smiles into the kiss, wrapping his arms around Derekâs neck to pull him closer on top of him.

prompt: puppy!blaine gets lost in the woods and he meets fox!kurt
For visual reference, here is the kind of puppy Blaine is and here is the kind of fox Kurt is ;)
Hybrids AU :)
On AO3
Blaine didnât mean to walk so far away from home. Cooper always jokes that he canât walk very far or for very long because his Corgi side doesnât like walking, but in fact, being half-Corgi gives Blaine a lot of stamina.
Hence him ending up in the middle of the woods, where the trees are the biggest and the darkness the thickest, with no clue as to how to get back home.
Blaine can feel his large ears drooping.
âTurn back,â he tells himself. âTurn back and try to recognize something that will take you home.â
The only flaw in this plan is that he didnât look around him as he walked and walked and walked, angry at his parents for letting Cooper make fun of him all the time, angry at himself for not standing up for himself, just angry at the world.
He thinks he passed by this funny looking boulderâor maybe it was this one, more on the left?
A whine builds up in his throat and he focuses on his breath for a moment, not keen on being overwhelmed by a panic attack in the middle of the woods.
âAre you lost?â
The voice comes from the darkness, where two eyes shine blue.
âAh!â
The eyes come closer, revealing a slender fox stepping from behind a tree and carrying a basket filled with berries.
âHi,â the fox says with a tentative smile. âI didnât mean to startle you.â
âIâm not afraid,â Blaine rushes to say, stumbling over his words.
The fox smiles. âI didnât say you were. But I bet you didnât hear me approaching.â
Blaine feels sheepish. âNo, I didnât. Youâre very stealthy.â
âAnd you are not,â the fox replies. âYou make so much noise as you go through the forest!â
âDo I?â
âYeah!â the fox exclaims, seemingly delighted, his tail wagging behind him. âDidnât your mother teach you anything about stealth?â
Blaine blinks. âHum, no? Why would she? Weâre not wild, weâre city dogs.â
The fox tilts his head to the side, observing Blaine more closely. âOh,â he whispers, âyouâre not a fox.â
âIâm not. Iâm a dog.â
âYou are.â The fox pauses, the wagging of his tail slowing down before picking up again as he offers a hand. âIâm Kurt.â
âBlaine. Nice to meet you,â he replies, almost automatically. The foxâsâno, Kurtâs paw feels warm in his.
Soft, too. Softer than he expected from a creature living in the woods.
âSo?â
âSo what?â
âAre you lost?â Kurt asks again, tail lazily moving behind him while he munches on some berries.
Blaine glares at him. âYes. Happy?â
âNot really.â Kurt shrugs. âI could guide you out of the forest.â
âWhy would you do that?â Blaine canât help itâhe has been taught to be wary of the forest inhabitants. Plus, there is the shepherd dog instinct fighting any trust he could have in the admittedly friendly fox.
âWell, at first, I thought you were another fox,â Kurt says, walking closer, âand I would never leave a fellow fox to fend for himselfâespecially one as cute as you.â
Blaine blushes, even darker after he realizes that his uncharacteristically fluffy tail is wagging at the compliment.Â
âThen, when I realized you were a dog, I figured it would be better to help you out of here, if only to prevent more of your pack from coming in to find you.â
âAh.â
âNot that being a dog makes you any less cute.â
âOh.â
âIf I showed you the way out,â Kurt continues, ears now perking up and turning a darker shade of auburn, âyouâyou could find your way back so we could, um, hang out? If you wanted?â
Blaineâs heart calms down just as his tail wags faster. âIâd love that,â he replies softly.
âReally?â
âReally really.â
Kurt beams at him and holds up his hand. âWell then, follow me.â
âKurt and Blaine were born on the same day, but somehow the nurses made a mistake and switched them, so Kurt is with the Andersons, and Blaine is with the Hummels (Iâd like them to keep their own names).
So Kurt is the one with the stupidly charming big brother and parents who arenât really there for him, while Blaine is the one who loses his mother, but has a father who accepts him.
You donât have to follow the Glee storyline with all the Sadie Hawkins and stuff, but you can. And then they somehow meet and after a while they find out what happened. Maybe one of them needs a surgery or something, but then in the hospital they find out that there was some complication back when they were born, so they look for the other kid.â
Discover how Blaine Hummel and Kurt Anderson met because in every reality, Kurt will find Blaine.
About 38,000 words, 12 chapters, low rating, complete. On AO3.

Enrolling at McKinley was inevitable for Blaine, but exams, parties, summer camp, and someone falling in love with him werenât on the agenda. Klaine AU | Kurt and Blaine are roommates in the dorms. Blaine is a quiet guy, he doesnât sing like Kurt, but always makes some new music on his computer.
