So, so, soooo pleased with this piece which was made for someone special this season. The rainbow held a special meaning to the family and as I'd never made a rainbow lamp before I had no idea how it was going to turn out or if all the colours would become insipid when I stretched the lamp. They obviously didn't which was splendid, helped by the white and bubby bits in the core which really help the rainbow colours pop. I love this picture which is where the lamp lives now.
