Wow well, what a spot to be caught up on. Kat is going to lose her girlfriend. Because obsessive science got way too much for Paz. (If only her romantic interest was also science obsessed like Girl Genius)

Anyway. Apparently Loup’s one weakness is the power of Love, with Lana who sees Loup not as Loup but as Tarrek and 100% accepts him. I, can’t really tell if their relationship is healthy or not, especially since he dated her just to get Annie Jealous. And I don’t want the love of her to “fix him” in that sense. But at the same time, they are both literally recently human, and processing new emotions as humans (or humansona in Loup’s case). So it’s their first love for both of them.

Also, Loup acknowledges his love or obsession (however you put it) stems from Coyote and Ysengrin’s feelings for Annie. While Loup’s feelings for Lana are entirely his own. That has to be special for them both.

And we get more of Kat’s ugly head of being the all mighty powerful machine goddess. With how bad the 1st timeline apparently turned out, without Annie being the Anchor to Kat’s science obsession, yeah that timeline probably went hard. And I think it did cause Kat to turn into a machine goddess.

And let’s not forget the ENTIRE point and existance of the Court was to just, Fuck this planet and move to a new one? That’s their end goal. Make the world forget they exist and just fly into the one place that isn’t corrupted by capitalism? Using magic to make sure that magic doesn’t follow. Where their faith in science somehow also lead to the creation of aliens. However the leader is better show themselves soon I have questions.

But yeah, I’m finally at the latest update. Another win for me, whoo.
