guess what, i tried to study for my last exam today but all i could think about was the damn chapter!!!!!!!!!!
And i came to the conclusion the what hurts me THE MOST is that EMA dynamic will never be the same, like... i know hasn’t been the same for a while ok but THIS chapter truly gave me that “slap”, you know? like- no going back now, with Mikasa’s pov and her ‘what ifs’, with her “maybe eren never changed from the start/ I wonder what part of him I had been seeing” and “we didn’t notice. Perhaps we DIDN’T WANT to notice” with Armin still holding on to a little bit of hope, trying SO HARD to convince himself in the end that maybe Eren wants to destroy just the allied forces... it really hurts, i love and hate how isayama can fully deliver ALL OF THIS
And at this point, if there’s someone that can stop eren of course it would be mikasa/armin and next chapter(s) we’ll probably(?) see their struggle in making that choice and in deciding where to stand...and THIS is gonna hurt me a hundred times more I can’t take it 😭 😭
I’m positive they’ll try to stop him but then? idk. What I know is that I don’t want a GoT type of ending, I hated the last GoT season especially where they went with daenerys etc, so that would be a mistake imo...i really hope it doesn’t come to that :(
