few days ago, i supported my friend at his first power lifting meet. and of course he got first place in 165lb 18-19year old junior RAW category. it was pretty impressive and it inspired me to train for the next upcoming meet in june. as for that, im currently 143lb with 18% body fat. i can either compete at the 132lb group or 148 group. that means i need to cut some fat or bulk up
for right now, im in the first phase of training, means i have to gain some serious mass and do the squats, bench press, and deadlift in some pretty high weight too. then the next phase is to train to get much more higher weight with probably breaking PR(personal record) every 2 weeks. so well see whats my weight after the first phase then i can see if i compete 132 or 148 class.
hopefully, i stay motivated and not get lazy these past 4 weeks. and the next 2 months, ill be training at irvine with my friend and his trainer haha.
lift hard. be strong. stay humble.
