Ingredients: 8 cups popped popcorn. 1/4 cup butter. 1/4 cup brown sugar. 2 tablespoons molasses. 1 teaspoon ground ginger. 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon. 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/4 teaspoon baking soda.
Instructions: Set oven temperature to 300F 150C. Melt butter in a saucepan over a medium heat. Add salt, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, brown sugar, and molasses. Cook until the sugar is incorporated. Take off the heat and mix in the baking soda. It will bubble as a mixture. In a big bowl, pour mixture over popcorn and toss to coat evenly. Spoon popcorn onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Bake for fifteen minutes, stirring after ten. Let cool completely before serving. Have fun!
