Wow, this was definitely a Christmas gift to the fans, well certain fans that is. From the carnal pleasure between two twisted lovers, to the inevitable reconciliation of HANDON, We have been so blessed. The proverbial cherry on top was most definitely Damon’s car making a classic cameo. I honestly can’t believe he would part ways with it and their is no way he’s out there driving his kids to soccer practice in a minivan. The Santa storyline came out of left field, never expected that, but I couldn’t be more pleased. We knew it was coming, but never in a million years would I expect Hope and Landon to be back together so soon. I was sure they would stretch it out till the last few episodes, especially since Hope had two other guys vying for her affections. The timing is everything though. Who needs a rain kiss when you have mistletoe. I am really pleased with how the story was handled with Josie and Landon. All to often we see the girl not getting chosen left in the dust with no afterthought, so seeing a guy actually show his vulnerability above his pride and caring so deeply about the other girls feelings is refreshing. Josie wasn’t a mistake, she just isn’t Hope. I have no doubt that she will bounce back fiercer than ever. Also, another thing we usually see is the guy bury his feelings down deep and fake it until it all explodes. Landon has my respect for how he handled this with dignity and respect for himself and Josie. Because In the end all feelings matter.
