You and your team are really turning my worrisome building into a growing masterpiece and I couldn't be more excited to see the finished product soon! Thank you for all of your hard work and dedication as well as being a great friend. I saw the card and it just looked like something you would enjoy. The tool chest is vintage and needs some love that I figured only you could give it. I negotiated with someone on Ebay for it. The sign was designed by one of the architects at my firm whose husband happens to be a steel welder and made the sign. I know how much your family means to you so I wanted to honor that on your birthday. Again, I hope you have the best day!
