I don't actually have a tutorial -- my gifs are pretty simple, as I don't use much type or effects; I just focus on the image mostly (because for me Jensen's form is exciting enough lol).
There are so many different ways to make gifs. I recommend checking here for a lot of really cool tutorials:

My general tip for image editing is to pay attention first to the light and dark values before the doing color palette adjustments. Also, learning to use Actions in Photoshop will save a lot of time and repetitive effort.
