Story time: Every day on my “commute” I pass a house that has one of those Home Depot 10 foot giant skeletons. But this thing doesn’t go down after Halloween, no sir. Every month they decorate it differently, depending on the holiday. It’s either putting up Christmas lights, wearing shamrocks, or sporting a pair of Easter bunny ears. . I enjoyed passing by the skeleton so much that I drew a picture and left it in the mailbox of the owners. They were thrilled to receive it! . In the land of Arco Iris, giant skeletons known as Gashadokuro roam the area of Blooming Vale from dusk til dawn. Many of those who reside in Arco Iris believe they came to be after an apocalyptic event that took place in Arco Iris many decades ago from sorrow, suffering and death. Not only that, they know to never go out where Gashadokuro roam at night as they may seem docile at first, yet they are still aggressive and territorial.
There exists more than one skeleton that roams the land of Blooming Vale, luckily it is only a handful of about 20 plus individuals recorded so far, each with a unique varied appearance; the common Haze, uncommon Rot/Ash, with the last being the most rarest variant you can possibly find a Gashadokuro in, the Bloody Demon.
In the land of Arco Iris where respect is a form of currency, you CAN take on a Gashadokuro to earn that respect, but there is no way of truly defeating a Gashadokuro, only subduing it. Slow yet invincible, Gashadokuro use their hands and feet in combat with great force, their fury ever increasing as the fight continues. Once their rage has reached its peak, they will infuse their fists and arms with a raw powerful aura and slam their fists into the earth, sending a powerful seismic wave that tears up a massive chunk of earth below them. Due to this, a spell was cast on each one with an invisible force that keeps larger areas from being affected by this chaotic strength, but enough space for people to challenge it.
*Whew, this took a while longer, I really love Japanese folklore so I made a mob based from Gashadokuro! Though these ones are much more adjusted to fit with Arco Iris so they may not be 100% what you expect QvO*
