Forgot to post this before but since I've been yapping about headcanons & such recently, here's a Barbatos

A personal headcanon I have is that after he became a god, Venti's "true" form changed. He usually sticks to his more human form and he could make himself look like a little wisp again if he wanted to, but this is what he looks like without changing his shape. He's an imposing and intimidating figure, neither of which is an adjective that Venti would like associated with himself

Also here's him compared to his Venti form (with his hood down)

Venti:Remember Aether, the journey itself has meaning. From every hello, goodbye, and chance encounters. Experience this world.

Aether:You’re right. *smiles* I’ll cherish every moment.

Paimon:Not to mention we got here through one of Venti’s statues.

Aether:…

Paimon:….

Paimon:Let’s take a break.

Aether:I gotta punch him. Just once. A kick if you will.

Paimon:You’re sounding like a certain someone.

Aether:And I’m feeling like her too. We are going back to the city really quick.

Paimon:Remember the journey. The laughs along the way. The wholesomeness of Cloud Retainer telling you that you’re doing a good job.

Aether:*squints*

Aether:Siiiiiiigghhhhh For Sandshrew

The fact that she seemingly knows Klee (a hexerei character) and is an Anemo user means there’s a hilarious possibility Varka has been missing half of his team the entire time. Venti and Bennett doing temp work is insane. Someone might have to fight Hoyo.

Varka:So this is the Stygian portal?

Glowing ominously

Varka:Looks about right. Mind if I take a crack at it?

Aether:Ummm, you can. But uhhh, this place doesn’t tolerate mistakes or weakness.

Varka:Perfect! Wish me luck! *walks in* Bennett, Durin, Venti, on me!

The trio walks in after him. Aether turns to look at everyone.

Aether:If things go poorly, be nice. We’ve all had our dream crushed in this place before.

Mavuika:I haven’t.

Nilou:Same.

Furina:Yeah I’m pretty great.

Aether:Alright, yall can show a little bit of sympathy…

Varka walks out with a raised fist and whistling. Even Venti is acting like he wasn’t dreading this moments ago. The team didn’t bother to stop walking. They just…went into the sunset.

Mona:He absolutely told them to not look back for dramatic effect.

Fischl:A bold and brilliant maneuver!!!

Aether:The next fight is Knuckle Duckle. Soooooo, unleash the duo.

Columbina:*holds Ineffa’s hand*

Ineffa:Who wants to join?

Aino:Meeeee! It’s my robot after all.

Columbina:When the sun’s out, bathe in sunlight. But when the moon’s out…

Hu Tao:I feel unstoppable! Let’s move everyone!

All four walk through the portal.

Mavuika:Do you think my comment-

Everyone:Yes.

Mavukia:Woah, message received. Well I pray for their victory.

Aether:Morale will be pretty bad if things go down after what Varka and the others-

Three of them walked out casually. Hu Tao skipped out with a grin and point at the Pyro Archon as she pointed back with pride.

Aether:Y’know I actually wanted Varka to try the cryo Secret Source, but oh well. Ummm, Ayaka?

Ayaka:Well then, this seems a little biased. Arguably the people perfectly aligned for those opponents were available. My performance might not be up to par.

Shenhe:Should we wait for Skirk?

Ayaka:*walks through portal*

Escoffier:Welp, that our queue! Lady F-

Furina:Oh to be needed once again! *walks through*

Mavuika:Oh wow. I think this the first time I’ve genuinely gotten a break from Stygian. It’s actually a little nice.

Aether:Well we can’t celebrate y-

Escoffier comes out throwing petals before Shenhe walks out with Ayaka and Furina on sitting each shoulder.

Furina:First Try!!!!

Ayaka:I won’t go down easily!

Aether:Well then…good job everyone?

Mona:Remember how last Stygian took us all 5 days of tears and fighting? I’m beginning to suspect we were never the problem. It’s just The Wild Hunt.

Zibai:I don’t mind them.

Im sure the Acting Grand Master has a silly crush on him. Like her heart is squeezing when he smiles to her or animals. She wants to throw up in the bushes, when little kids come to him and hug him. All grannies of Mondstadt want to feed him their pastry and he is just letting them, because he wants them to be happy.
