Lucian’s half brother Ghilan. Bioware is confusing with how genealogy and inherited traits work so I wasn’t sure how similar looking they should be but I love his face too much now to change it.

R: "Your highness. I humbly request a permission to speak with you." N: *Giggles* What is your cause, young man?" R: "You are, in fact.
