A year wiser. Hun just turned 26 yesterday, 25th July. We celebrated his birthday last Sunday @ their --well not really their crib since they started renting last week cos their house is going to be reconstructed ergo the second floor of the house. Anyway, as always, his mom's cooking was great! I enjoyed the kare-kare (: Too bad there's no laing. Hehe.. My plan of surprise was a success! Haha. I bought his Optimus Prime (leader class) @ Toy Kingdom during the first week of this month. The week after when we met I told him my office mate who happens to have a guy kid bought the last Optimus Prime @ SM Megamall. It was disheartening to see him sad because of my lies. But it was all part of the strategy. LOL First I planned of going to their home with an obviously different gift -a decoy- from what he wished to have --this happened, and then second I planned to have his real gift delivered via courier. But I was dubious of the success rate of the second plan and was afraid the courier might lose my gift or might be unable to deliver it on time so I did not take the risk anymore. I instead had his little bro's (Carlo) girlfriend as an accomplice and asked her to hide Optimus before I go to hun's house. I wore the dress I bought 2 days before the event. The dress which I never really wanted to buy --I was hoping of wearing something more comfortable like just a girly blouse and pants (def not shorts). But I saw that dress and even when I was hesitant to buy it cos I told myself, "I will never buy a dress today." --guest what, I still did buy the dress. Oh well. *big grin* But I liked wearing the dress on that day though. It was raining last Sunday and there were a little problem with their new and temporary neighbor so we did not have karaoke (too bad! well I was sick anyways. I got colds!). We stayed inside the house instead, laid on his bed and cuddled. I was trying too hard to pull off a straight face upon giving him the decoy gift. He asked what it was and I said he already knows --I wanted to say "It's a shirt." I almost laughed as I handed him the gift. HAHAHA! :p When the rain stopped I insisted on us to go for a walk around their subdivision. At first he did not want to, but he approved anyways. After some minutes of walking I asked for his little bro's girlfriend's house. Of course he asked why I wanted to see it or know where it is so I made up lies --again, boy what a liar I had been for the success of my plan. LOL When we got there I called Armie and asked for the gift already. Hun asked what I told her, I said I asked her if I can use their comfort room cos I badly needed to pee. Honey was furious upon hearing my lie. LOOOOL And he scolded me. Haha.. When Armie went out she was already carrying the bag where I put Optimus.. She handed me the bag and as I walk towards honey, he asked me "O ano 'yan?? Bakit may dala dala kang ganyan?" Then while smiling I handed him Optimus and greeted him a happy birthday. SURPRIIIISSEE!! (: The feeling was soooooo great! LOL He was surprised that all he blurted out was "Sandali lang ha, uuwi lang kami (us two), may papagalitan lang ako." --and I laughed more. While walking he started asking questions and I answered religiously. LOL It was so fun to see his reaction. *big grin* Upon arriving home his siblings were teasing him of how obviously happy he was of the gift. ;p We ate pansit palabok after.. then I watched TV a little while he took a shower. (: On the way home his younger sister, Reza, my age, bought him his birthday gift as well. As requested, more transformers! (: Honey selected Mudflap and Skid (Yep, two) for the same price of Optimus Prime (Leader Class). We used his elder sister's car on the way home. When we arrived @ the condo where Reza will stay for the week we also had coffee and talked about stuff. And there was his birthday. I know he's so much happy with it and I am glad he is. Oh, yesterday was also our 6th year and 11th monthsary. Cool.. 1 more month and it's my birthday. And our 7th Year Anniversary.. <3 We did not have a lot of picture but we had fun taking wacky shots when we were lying on his bed, cuddling. Haha. I'll post 'em sometime next week I guess, just as long as we meet and I am able to get the photos from him. :D

We are going to watch our most awaited movie. (:
