Let's start with the good news. Joe popped the question to Rose and she said yes. It happened after a fight broke out between Carter and Derek, Joe blurted out that he brought everyone together so he could propose to his lady love. Thankfully, Rose said yes and the two shared a romantic moment. 

It turns out I was right about Landon buying an engagement ring. He asked Audrey to marry him a week ago and she said yes. However I have a feeling little A, doesn't know what she's getting herself into. Will she call it off?

Now onto the bad news (or it could be good news, depending on who you are) Leila and Alice are missing. 2 masked men were seen entering Leila's apartment and now the twins are missing. Will they ever come home? I'll keep you updated as we receive more information.

Alice Reed spotted in a frenzy over little old me. Oh come on, A, it’s not classy to make a scene in the public eye. Although I’m not one for wars, I do know that when it comes to war, the rules are never retreat and never surrender, but whoever said that clearly never met me, and it looks like A has a cannonball coming her way.

If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that there would be no gossip without secrets. But don’t worry, A. I’m sure L has no worry with Logan and you. Or at least that’s what I heard..

Leila landed in the hospital. It seems like somebody tried to run her off the road. It seems like L is always ending up there, talk about bad luck. 

Alice vs Flora! Can you say cat fight? F is not happy with the fact that A got into bed with Derek. She claims it's all for Logan, but could there be some hidden jealousy? It doesn't seem like F has been getting any with Mason.

Sticking with Alice. She is always ready to give people a laundry list of all Logan's mistakes, so why is she so ready to be with him? Can a relationship work when one person is always in the dog house? 

It looks like Angelica isn't too happy with Flora either. They were overhead having a sassy conversation. It looks like A hasn't changed that much from her mean girl past.

Landon was seen shopping at a jewelry store. Was he buying a ring? Who knows..

Looks like Derek finally told Alice why he hasn't been able to invite her in his bed over lately. And it's not what you expect it to be Southvale residents, no strippers involved. I know you're dying to know who was involved: no one other than our long missed Liz.

Who's the "best friend" now? Or whatever D and A were telling everyone they were. Better think of that once D starts introducing L as a "friend".

But it looks like a few of you decided to create a heat wave. It all started with a drunk Alexis asking for someone to make out with her which then lead to kisses from Seth and wait for it - Leila. It looks like L decided to be wild tonight, but isn't it awkward that Seth and Leila made out with the same girl when they've been hooking up? Will it turn into a threesome?

It looks like Alice has a mystery man over, but who is he? I'm sure once I find out, it will be a shocking revelation. 

It's not even officially summer yet and this is happening. I can't wait to see what you all have in store for me once the heat starts turning up more.

Summer is around the corner and a lot of you are getting restless. Here's a quick round up of developing stories.

Savannah and Leila were arguing about Savannah's current mood. It looks like L lashed out at the unsuspecting blonde. I wonder if there will be an actual cat fight. It seems bound to happen.

Derek doesn't know how to help S, so he decided it was time to hit a strip club with Seth. Uh oh it looks like these two guys are going to be bad. I hope Leila and Savannah don't mind.

Alice is being the nice twin tonight. She's trying to help Derek and Savannah.

Lorrie and Toby are being cute and adorable, but how long can that last for?

It looks like Savannah needs some serious help. Doesn't she know D could find a million other girls who don't throw tantrums on the street and demand he define their relationship? And what is D doing by trying to be in a relationship? He fails at the basic concepts of love.
