I want to put together a panel/talk about how we relate to men and masculinity in media and fandom, but from the point of view of a diverse selection of gender expressing people discussing how we still relate to male-coded characters. I want to discuss the ways in which masc and femme and nb folk relate to male characters in a respectful and nuanced way, because while it absolutely makes sense to focus on the women at GGC, me as a female-bodied person who primarily IDs as male when it comes to fictional characters, there's a huge gulf I want to explore. So I'm looking for people of all persuasions and backgrounds who want to explore that, too. Feel free to share or send me a pm!
