Hahaha, when I was a kid I listened to country music too because my childhood best friend did. I also listened to, like, top 40 pop. Also "heavier" bands like Korn, Static-X, and Mudvayne when I was younger too because my older brothers listened to them. Then I got the internet and learned how to find music on my own.

I don't remember which specific song got me into them. I got into them when a friend of mine put Deja Entendu on my computer along with a Boys Night Out album because they were two of her favorite albums and she wanted me to listen to them. I enjoyed both of them a lot.

If I remember correctly, I think the last I heard was they had a few new songs written and maaaaaaybe recorded. But they have no time to work on Brighten because Justin is touring with Dan+Shay. And I'm sure the other guys have obligations as well.

Yeah, it's coming. This is a clear example of so-called "Christian oppression." My friends list is all up in arms about "Well, OF COURSE a Christian man stated his Christian beliefs!" And arguing Freedom of Speech and all that jazz. I guess everyone has forgotten about this thing called "censorship" that exists on television.

I've discovered a lot of my favorite bands because they were touring with other bands I liked. Even if I'm not going to the show, I'll still look up supporting acts I've never heard before because it's a good chance to discover new music.
