Today is national #getupday for US Figure Skating. I’ve been skating for almost 13 years. During that time I have fallen and gotten up hundreds of times. But the important part is that I always get up. One thing I have learned on this journey is that progress only comes when #wegetup. Every fall gives me a chance to review and adjust my technique.
