isn’t it weird that while you’re in school it seemed never ending like you were never going to grow up or go anywhere. but now here you are, maybe you’re living on your own, maybe you’ve got a full time job somewhere, in a different city. It’s so bizarre how time passes by us. the days that seemed never ending did in fact end. all those times you sat at lunch with your friends, the classes where all you did was look out the window, the times you stared at your crush and getting brought back to reality by a teacher who just asked you a question you don’t really have the answer to. it’s so long ago now that all you remember are little pieces of the puzzle that was your adolescence. it’s so weird knowing that then, every feeling was brand new so every feeling, every situation were intense and you really felt it all. Now, it’s not really the same, is it? you’re older. you know more. you’ve felt other things, feelings feel less intense. less exciting. it’s weird growing up, getting old. the days don’t feel as long anymore but somehow you’re doing less. you wake up, you go through the motions of being alive and then it’s time for bed. i dont know, i should go to sleep
