How I got rid of cystic acne spots bad skin.
Ok so I had awful skin and it ruined my life and confidence for a long time, my skin is great now and this is a list of things I do and have stuck too. I do not know if it is one or all of these things however I know I would have done anything and spent anything to get my skin better, so I do not drop any of these routines. I am no doctor but I tried everything. 1. use hibiscrub, antibacterial wash that is used in hospitals. 2. exfoliating you get told how important this is. I do not use any of those face washes to exfoliate what I do is I have about 8 flannels. I wash my face with hibiscrub and rinse, then I lava my face again with hibiscrub and I use a new clean flannel to rub all my face. I rinse and repeat this with a new clean flannel before rinsing with hibiscrub again. ALWAYS clean your flannel after wash them properly use once. For my back I have a brush. Do this routine once a day, I do this at night before bed to allow my skin rest. 3. the doctor gives me zineryt on repeat prescription use this if you can and stick with it. I apply this after cleaning my face. 4. change your pillow cases every day! put on new clean ones. Change bedding 1 or 2 times a week. 5. Cut out sugar. 6. I drink green tea, a few cups a day, if you do not like it to the point you cannot you can buy supplements that contain green tea extract. 7. calories! make sure you eat enough and regular, not too much! plenty of healthy food, chicken, greens, brown rice etc google healthy food, look for recipes. Enjoy good food. I find when I do not eat properly my skin gets bad. 8. wash your hair hair picks up all sorts I am sure and that can end up on your face. 9. Exercise! Obviously this is good for you in so many ways, but certainly helps your skin. If you run make sure you do that in the evening then do 1. and 2. straight after and shower before with the hibiscrub for face. Weight lifting and strength training is great will boost you confidence. ALWAYS use clean new towel. 10. try to avoid dairy a bit is fine too much effects hormone levels. 11. if you are a guy get a beard trimmer and avoid entirely clean shave always clean your shaver with antibacterial wash and or disinfectant before shaving.
