It's the 1st official day of Fall. Autumn is now off and running on this gray, cool morning here in North Carolina. I'm sitting at my desk now with the window cracked and I can clearly hear the train whistle blowing as it speeds through, way on the other side of this little town. Makes me feel some type of nostalgic way when there is this much quietness in the morning that I can hear that train whistle from 5 miles away.
I woke up this morning with a clear mindset, finally, after some months of confusion about what I want to do with my remaining years (I Pray that I have some years left), It finally came to me and in a complete sentence;
I want to live my life with the ability to travel, pain free and financial obligation free, in good health and in #PEACE. This is my daily mantra at this point in my 53+ year old life moving forward. I'm feeling a little sigh of relief now that I have actually put it into words! Wanting the best for my children, Husband and other family and friends is always a given but no other grandiose hopes and desires to conquer the world with another business venture. I've had my fill with that so I'm good at this point. I just want the ability to pay off all financial debts, be healthy and free of physical and mental pain, be a #Blessing to somone, somewhere as I Travel the world and live in #PEACE! I won't stop pursuing that dream! - TLC

These are my thoughts exactly on this "aging process" thing. It is what it is but I must find a way, THE way to get through it, menopause included as one sane, Mentally, Physically and Spiritually healthy being!
Anti-aging is not a term I prefer to use because in my mind, folks that are not aging (anti) are dead! My goal, the mission for the rest of my life is to follow a path of aging "gracefully", in good health, with ease of life and in #PEACE!! - TLC
