And to answer your questions:

1. There will be polyamorous routes, yes! I'm polyamorous myself, so it was a no brainer for me to add them in. There are currently only two routes planned out (Samir/Matilda/MC and Samir/Bellamy/Matilda/MC), though it's almost definite in my brain that I'll be adding two more to that list (Samir/Bellamy/MC and Matilda/Henrietta/MC). Because apparently I like to make things harder for myself.
