from what i understand, it's a biological thing designed to check potential mates for sickness and stuff so it releases a lot of endorphins and whatnot and that is why people enjoy it

the tongue stuff is weird imo; it's not really a huge thing for me i just think cheek kisses and pecks are adorable u v u and it's apparently healthy for the body because it kicks in your endorphins and builds up your immunity system o v o
