A stranger that only generates next to buildings at least 1046 feet tall, it emerges slowly and gradually as if walking through a thick fog. It speaks in a voice like static with words and phrases that make little to no sense in the area’s dominant language. The stranger walks with a delicate step, as if fearful of harming the living beings that bustle unaware beneath it. It shows little physical reaction to sensitives, if any, preferring to stalk about like a living skyscraper. Sensitives who are unfortunate as to stay in its presence for more than 40 minutes will gradually become obsessed with the idea of climbing and jumping from the highest point in the city.
