Introduction
My computer has an address: IP address. Your house has an address: Geo-code. But when any of these and other things have a problem, the first question is where am I, then what’s the problem and then, where can I get it fixed.
Here, right here, we would be looking at variety of problems confronting man from #fin to #health to #security to #crime to #etc and then, proffer feasible and best solutions – optimization.
Well, you don’t have to be an adept in GIS –  just shoot, we’ll take the bullets! *smiles*
