Vision of Geometric Grace
Upon the canvas, hues so bright, A geometric visage, pure and light. A woman's face, from shapes composed, A masterpiece, the artist's boast.
Her eyes, two diamonds, sparkling clear, Reflect the world with boundless cheer. Her nose, a triangle, proud and strong, Her mouth, a curve, where laughter's song.
Her cheeks, two circles, soft and fair, Her hair, a cascade of shapes with flair. Her chin, a point, so sharp and fine, Her face, a symphony, where shapes entwine.
But more than shapes, her face conveys, A depth of soul, that never strays. A strength of spirit, clear and bright, A beauty radiant, day and night.
Oh, woman of the geometric face, Your image fills my heart with grace. You teach me that in every line, There's beauty to be found, divine.
From angles bold to curves so sweet, Your face is a harmonious retreat. A reminder that in every form, There's beauty to embrace, transform.
So let your visage inspire us all, To see the beauty in the small. To know that each of us is unique, A masterpiece, complete and chic.
In you, we see the artist's hand, A symphony of shapes so grand. A vision of geometric grace, That fills our hearts with warmth and space.
Oh, woman of the geometric face, Your image is a timeless space. Where beauty finds its purest form, And inspiration takes its storm.

Geometric Face - Final Outcome & Evaluation
This brief required me to follow the process of creating a geometric line art piece using a picture of anyones face.
I Used Illustrator and Photoshop to create this and have become familiar with tools and features such as making a blend and locking an object in Illustrator and using Alt+Click with the paint bucket tool as a shortcut to pipette tool and Blending modes in Photoshop.
I’m quite pleased with my final outcome, it looks accurate to the final outcome from video we followed and it just generally looks cool, i particularly like the shapes filled with shading lines.
I cant really think of much i would change as im pretty happy with the final as it is.
Geometric Face - Research
Pen & Tablet
With early incarnations dating back to around the 1980s, A Graphics tablet is a device that is drawn onto using a special pen, this input is then sent onto the computer to control things, very much like a mouse. They have really improved over the years and many designers use them all the time when creating digital work, they are very helpful due to thier precision and can make crafting digital work from scratch very easy.
Personally i like using them for creating for things like digital drawings and paintings as it feels more natural to me however when it comes to moving things around on screen and using it like a mouse to navigate on a computer i can do it but would rather use a mouse.
Geometric Face - Development
Begin by opening a new Illustrator document and placing your image in the centre of your artboard, then click on the image and go to Object > Lock > Selection so the image doesn’t move. Then using the pen tool use straight lines to draw around the head of the person in your image and make sure to set the fill to none and the stroke colour to white.
Now that you have the outline, start drawing lines across the persons face in areas you feel define the shape of your image. If you don’t want to draw a full loop press enter on your keyboard to finish drawing a line and if you want to add a line from an anchor point press Shift or else the pen tool will delete that anchor point. Additionally you should use the Circle shape tool to trace the person’s eyes.
After drawing all the shapes across the image you can begin adding shading lines inside some of the shapes, you can do this by either manually drawing them in with the pen tool or you can draw two lines and blend them. In order to blend you should draw two lines on either side of a shape, select them both by clicking them and holding shift, then go to Object > Blend > Make, this will fill the gap in between the lines with more lines, additionally you may have to go to Object > Blend > Blend Options and adjust the spacing to Specified steps or specified distance. Additionally, if a blend doesn’t work quite right you can go to Object > Blend > Expand to turn each line into an individual shape and correct it with the direct selection tool.
Change the line colour to black and go to File > Export > Export As.. and export it as a Photoshop file. Open the Photoshop file, Duplicate the group with the outlines just in case you mess up and merge the group into one layer. Then using the paint bucket tool Alt+Click inside the shapes to obtain colour from the original picture underneath then use the paint bucket tool to fill in the shape with that colour and do this to every shape in the image, leaving out any shapes with shading lines. Finally change the blending mode of the coloured shapes to which ever one looks best, I used overlay for mine.
