Everything seemed to be going downhill since telling her daughter the truth. Well almost the truth. She left out the part about who her real father was. No. She wasn't ready to admit that to Chaya. Not yet. Maybe not ever. Chaya still hadn't said a word to her. The only time she came out of her room was when she needed to eat but that was only when Chana wasn't home. The bottles of wine she kept in her house were almost gone. It seemed she finished a bottle every night resulting in her showing up late to work. Something she had never done before this. Why did everyone say things would get better after telling her the truth? Things just got worse.
There was one person who might understand what she was going through. Geo. It was easy enough to track down his school email. She sent him a quick message simply stating that Chaya knew who her mother was and her address. How he responded or if he came over she didn't care at the moment. All she wanted was another glass of wine. @geowinter
