I believe DNA can’t be passed down from the act of adding scars onto the skin of another person aka biting hahaha. To have the same genes isn’t possible through a bite, I don’t think it would work or else, in a sense, Sarada is a product/result that is similar  to werewolves or zombies in which through a bite, the same product’s  is replicated. DNA can transmitted from parent to child through sperm and egg, as in Sarada will only be produced natural birth and it seems impossible for me that she is the result of only Sasuke biting on Karin.Karin can get the Sasuke’s DNA from the saliva when he bites onto her as saliva is quite a source for genetic data from a person (it has lots of white blood cells). Saliva is the alternative method to blood samples for genetic research.

Other than that, she cannot obtain the cells from Sasuke in which anyone could produce Sarada unless that yeah, they had the sex. Because only through the act of reproduction will you give form to baby.
