Now the hard part was telling Augustus. How do you tell your boyfriend that you’re pregnant with an alien’s baby after getting abducted by a UFO?

“Isabelle, what’s going on?” Augustus traced his girlfriend’s arm.

“Well…” Isabelle decided to just say it, “I’m pregnant.”

Augustus gasped, trying to process what she said. Was she cheating?

“It’s from an alien abduction. I know this is crazy, and I know this isn’t what you signed up for. I understand if you don’t want to stay. You don’t have to stick along for this unusual little family,” Isabelle wiped a tear out of her eye.
