the power has been shut off and all the appliances are being wrecked by j :x
Today Baluu showed up at FutureSim Labs and walked into an announcement about seeing unexpected visitors dressed like humans. They could be subtle and undetectable. The “visitors” that did show up were not at all disguised well. Anyway, after nearly poisoning a coworker, Baluu earned a promotion and a cool new work outfit!
I found my serial prankster of the household. Alex suffered the doom of her own set prank today. May it teach a valuable lesson. I also took away her likes mischief trait because she really doesn’t need to prank all 4 bathrooms in the house daily!
Mina and Dahli decided to follow their mom’s suggestion and took the club to Unicorn Park to meet new people and recruit new members. It went well! The kids brought their brother and they all had fun meeting new kids and teens from around the worlds. Some of them even joined the club!
Things would likely go a little more smoothly if Dahli would stop shouting and jeering at anyone young adult and older that gets too close to her.

Just a couple of Unicorn toddlers out playing in the rain. Nothing to see here!
The Unicorn family wound up having a wonderful Saturday spent together despite the rain and the clouds. The toddlers giggled and cried in turns, the eldest kiddo kept herself busy, and Baluu and Alex had time to talk about some important questions they would need to answer at some point.
It was a very good day at the park.
As promised, Alex found the time to take out the Newcrest Legacy Challenge book and read through the rules. Alex paused at one line, read it, re read it, and then sat back with a tranquil air.
As she and Baluu tucked the toddlers into bed that night, Alex started up a conversation.
“About the Legacy, Baluu...”
The Unicorn heir huffed. “I don’t want to talk about it! I don’t need to discuss the prison of our existence in front of the kids!”
Alex shook her head at his dramatics. “Listen to me, Baluu! These rules are old, like REALLY old. The only places any sims could go were the shopping center or camping when these were written. Its not really set in stone for the here and now, you know? Anyway. Even back THEN you could take the family camping in granite Falls or shopping in Magnolia promenade. So, I take that to mean we could go to Salvadorada, or to a restaurant, we could probably even stretch it to a vacation rental in Sulani, you know? For sure going to the Magic Realm is NOT against any rules as there are no residential lots there.”
“Wait, WHAT!?!”
Baluu sputtered as he sprung for the book Alex held tantalizingly in her hands. And there it was. The very old rule written as it was opened SO MANY possible travel opportunities.
“The rental lots may be a stretch on this, “ Baluu slowly pointed out.
“Not if the Legacy family doesn’t visit any bars or lots as described in the challenge as the Heirs in the future having to build. We’re never going to have an Onsen in Newcrest, why not vacation to Mt. Komerobi to see one?”
“Wow,” Baluu breathed, “You’re right! This really does give the family now and in the future so many more creative options! Amazing!”
