Once a upon a time aisha made fun of a lady, through gestures, because she was really short. Immediately afterwards the Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) told her to spit. Then she spit out a piece of meat. (Don't quote me word for word because I don't have the sources but this was said in majilis by a scholar) The reason I shared this information was because of the topic of "Gehbat." Gehbat not only exists in a verbal aspect but also in a non-verbal aspect. So not only must we guard our tongues but we should also watch our gestures, facial expressions, and overall body language.
