Tai discreetly scanned the room mid-conversation. The executive in front of him blabbering on about god-knows-what was starting to bore him. Besides, at a function like this, he was sure that they’d be there. As infuriating as they were, he was anything but bored whenever they spent any amount of time together. Spotting just the person he was thinking about, he quickly excused himself from the current conversation before he headed straight towards them. “Here alone? What about the date you were seen with the other night? I was just about to congratulate you, but maybe you need a pity party instead?”

      “  This  is  never  going  to  end  well.  ”    An  audible  cogitation  voiced  to  the  company.  Thin  lips  were  pursed  in  meditation,  eyes  vacant.  The  very  next  moment,  however,  a  smirk  tautened  his  small  mouth,  dark  irises  meeting  the  other’s,  a  mischief  illuminating  in  them.   “  But  I’m  bored,  and  your  plan  sounds  chaotic,  so  I’m  in.  ”

when kana woke up with a hangover from hell, she internally swore that this was the last time she’ll ever allow herself to get drunk. the room spun and her head weighed like a ton of bricks on her shoulders but her growling stomach was forcing her to get up and get some actual sustenance. on wobbly legs, she all but crawled out of the room and followed the smell of what she hoped was brewing coffee. where was she again and how did she even get here in the first place? “uhm hello...good morning...” the greeting was awkward as hell but hungover or not, being impolite was never part of kana’s personality. “i swear that i’m not usually one to get drunk and pass out but could you perhaps tell me how i ended up here?”

A small growl came from Yoohyeon as she looked at her bank book along with her balance book for all her expenses while on her lunch break. This upcoming month was going to be rough on her especially with the loan sharks wanting more money now which made her barely making it. She wondered when she would ever be able to get out of debt that was left to her by her family.  It was a struggle doing it alone but she made it work.  "Wonder if I can pick up a triple shift somewhere," she mumbled to herself, "and just eat ramen for a few months."  With a sigh she put her elbow on the table and leaned on her head, rubbing her forehead from the extra added stress. Yoohyeon was so focused on everything in front of her that if someone were to call for her, she wouldn’t even notice unless they touched her.

    “oh, OH !!” excited hands lift to tug at friend’s sleeve eagerly, childishly, tugging the other along where he all but presses his face to the glass display case in his attempt to see the details of the rather expensive replica that’s caught his eye, hojin’s smile audible in his bright voice, “look at the detail in this castle ! it really looks like howl’s castle ! imagine if it could move like in the movie ? oh man, i want it, i need it in my life but -.” just looking at the price labeled underneath it is hurting the animation student’s wallet, even as he presses nose further against the glass eagerly. “oh, this would be the best present, i wouldn’t ask for anything else.”

she sauntered in the house effortlessly. at this point, she was already considered a part of the family with how she was friends with her for a long time. lily briefly wandered around until she found her target at the kitchen. “hey, sweet face,” she leaned her back on the kitchen counter, twirling a few locks of hair with a finger as she painted a delectable smile on her lips. “is your sister around?”
