The trucks have pulled into the parking lot of the campus stadium, and work has begun behind newly erected covered chain link. Most life long Carrollers know what this means: the Spring Carnival is well on it's way. The highlight of the season in Carroll and the last big event before the opening for tourist season starts in May. Most expect the flyers to start going up in the next week or so, but already the students and staff of Carroll Campus have the entire town's atmosphere buzzing in excitement for April to come.
