» HO HO HO
Everything was very, very fucked up. So much for the Christmas carols on the streets and some sleaze bag dressed as Santa on the corners ringing their bells. All Ravi saw was rioting, broken windows and the sound of police sirens starting to fill the air. Gotham was going to shit thanks to that lunatic with the freeze ray. Ho Ho Ho, merry Christmas. He had been pulled one way then another all day, each phone going off every minute with jobs on both sides of his two faced life. Hakyeon wanting him as back up to break into rumored court houses, the GCPD needing him on riot squad. In the next hour he was expecting Black Mask to ask him to knock some guy off his perch with a bullet to the head. But for now he was officer Ravi. The orange parka, ski mask and wrist mounted guns shoved under the driver’s seat of his car. Messy hair pushed under the backwards cop cap and his GCPD jacket hugging his body tightly to fight the cold. He'd been asked to join up with one of the heroes and break up whatever they possibly could. The man was a wolf in sheep’s clothing, a rioter and law enforcer all the same. Part of him wanted to join in, shoot up the place while his trigger finger still itched. But the more sensible part of him, the one dressed in uniform had won. The cold turned his full cheeks red and Wonsik wrinkled his nose. Pushing himself back up against the wall of an alley way as the rioters rushed past the mouth of the side street, escaping the sounds of the sirens that were upon them like blood hounds. Sometimes dealing with heroes was a thorn in his side, they had their ‘special privileges’ and that left Wonsik hiding in the shadows of the cold alley way. But it was Janus – a familiar masked face and he couldn’t loudly complain about that. He just hoped the kid hurried up, before he became frosty the snowman.
