Today's Beta Pokemon of the Day is a small alligator-like Pokmeon known as Gavillan!

1.When/why did you start fanning over them?

I had “seen” them ever since 1x02 but I believe the episode I really fell in love with them was 2x02. Combining the fact that Regina and Rumple showcased an immediate bond from the very moment they met with a whole previous season of a dynamic of “hate/love” and obsession from both parties, made me think that there were so much more to this relationship that they ever dare to speak or even admit. They had so many opportunities to break their bond and they never ever do.

2.What makes you like this couple?

Besides both of being sexy af, I trully think they are made for each other. Their storylines parallel each other, their characters are extremelly similar as their values are, they have the same humor and most of all they understand each other. It’s very difficult to find someone in this world who actually gets you, especially if you’re broken or an outcast or out of the norm in any way. And they understand each other. That’s rare and precious, it has to be protected.

3. Is there anything you don’t like about this couple?

Their stubborness and their tendency to keep secrets. They always try to undo one another instead of just talk. And listen. And be vulnerable. That’s their biggest fear and that might be their doom.

4.What’s your favorite outfit on them?

All of them? Especially theirs because they parallel each other? All their outfits are either similar and/or color coordinated, I’m at loss. They steal each other’s clothes, I don’t know what to say. I particularly enjoy Regina in blue and ponytails so the one she was wearing right before she went to Snow’s wedding is an all time fav. I enjoy Rumple a lot in his EF costumes, his leather pants are my weakness.

5. It’s the birthday of one of them! How do they celebrate?

In canon? They poison each other *lol* If we’re talking about a situation where they are together, I believe Rumple would just poof in her bedroom sneakily and surprise her with her gift. I headcanon they gift each other clothes (okay mostly underwear and sex equipment). Regina would most definately make a fuss, throw him a party. Which he would most likely hate but at least he’d tease her without being seen by others so it’s a win win situation really.

6. How would they react in an embarrassing situation?

The only embarassing situation I can think of is being caught having sex *lol* I think it depends on the situation, if it’s that, there is nothing they can do really except being momentarily embarassed and then brush it off if confronted by others. If it’s anything else, they’d bicker passing the blame while simultaneously trying to figure out how to escape the embarassing situation.

7. What do you think they’ll be like in the near future?

In canon? Civil? *lol* I think they are bound to rethink their attitude, their inner psychology and their misconceptions about each other so they could actually have a talk and clear the air about things that have gone unsaid. In my own head, they will actually realise they are each other’s destiny, the one no one can escape because that’s what actually would make them trully happy after all this trial and error.

8.What’s an ideal date for them?

Dining at an expensive restaurant. Drinking champagne, tasting new dishes and afterwards the date continues in the bedroom.

9.Who/what gets in the way of your ship?

The universe? The writers? *lol* When we strip it all down, I believe it’s themselves. They are their own worst enemy.

10.What is something they could do that would make your life complete?

Be together. Choose each other. Have that freaking epiphany already. Also aiming lower, an admition of existing feelings or a kiss/anything sexual would be nice. I’ve also always been a sucker for the trope “we’re far away from each other but when you hurt I feel it”
