Here we go, Concept Art of a series of sculptures like her called the Zodiacal Gates (Yeah I know super original Am I right?) and clearly because Libra is my sign, I’ll be doing that one first and will be for keeps. Now inside the gate is a super short story or Poem that connects to the sculpture. What I ultimately hope for will be rumors spreading that they’re haunted or cursed cause hey who wouldn’t want a piece of art get the amazing title of horrifyingly cursed?! Joking aside, The Gate of Libra will be a fun one to build. Also as a pet peeve, it always annoyed me for a very stupid reason that the metal for the scales is gold when in fact the metal for Libra is Copper (Copper is a pretty metal and looks even prettier when the Patina sets in) This piece is gonna be a bit more detailed than what you see here though, this is just a basic color guide for me when building. I know for sure I want to do beading on the dress and some jewelry on her as well.
