QUT advertising and marketing Professor Gary Mortimer said the rebrand was an interesting move. "When you think of Adani, it is a controversial business. Yes, it's creating jobs and it's obviously involved in resources and energy, but when you hear the name Adani, certainly over the past 10 years, there is somewhat of a correlation between that and protesting. The two tend to go together to a reasonable person."
